Event design + coordination
Our event design and coordination services include a custom design featuring elements such as entryway décor, tablescapes, backdrops, signage, dessert displays, bar details, and favors—all sourced from trusted vendors or our in-house inventory. We also handle communication with your venue, bakery, entertainment, and all other vendors to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly for a beautifully executed celebration.

Event Photography add-on
Enhance your celebration designed and coordinated by Willow & Grace with our Event Photography Add-On, which includes two photographers, three hours of professional coverage to capture the love, laughter, and unforgettable moments of your special day. Additional coverage is available at $200 per hour, ensuring every detail and memory is beautifully preserved for you to relive for years to come.

Event photography
Our Event Photography Services are designed to capture every meaningful moment, from the smallest details to the biggest celebrations. Coverage begins at $400 per hour, or $350 per hour when booking three or more hours. We arrive 30–60 minutes before your event begins to photograph the décor and take portraits of the guest of honor and their family. The result is a timeless collection of images that beautifully tell the story of your day.

60-MINUTE PHOTO SESSION
Our 60-Minute Photo Sessions are ideal for families with little ones who may need extra breaks or for anyone who’d like time for an outfit change during their shoot. These sessions provide the perfect balance of flexibility and variety, and can be tailored for families, couples, proposals, engagements, newborn, or maternity portraits—capturing your story in a relaxed and meaningful way.

Our 30-Minute Photo Sessions are perfect for capturing beautiful portraits in a quick and effortless way. These sessions are great for families, couples, or individuals who want a shorter shoot without sacrificing quality. In just half an hour, we’ll capture a collection of natural, timeless images that you’ll treasure for years to come.

MINI PHOTO SESSIONS
Our Mini Photo Sessions are offered seasonally and scheduled exclusively by Willow & Grace. These 15-minute sessions take place at select locations and include 10 edited, high-resolution images delivered through your own personal online gallery for easy digital download, with the option to purchase additional photos at $5 each.
